Multiply & Orion Genomics Will Add Nearly 100 Employees

City Foundry STL has added two office tenants to its roster of signed leases. Digital publishing and technology firm Multiply and DNA technology company Orion Genomics have recently executed leases to move their operations to City Foundry. The two companies will occupy 30,000 square feet and add almost 100 employees to the development.
Multiply is a premium digital publisher and analytics platform that develops, acquires and invests in digital brands led by subject-matter enthusiasts. Currently, Multiply operates three premium digital publications — HealthyWay, FashionBeans and Urbo. In addition, the company is actively expanding its brand portfolio.
Orion Genomics is a global DNA technology and molecular precision agriculture company with headquarters in St. Louis, and subsidiary companies based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Jakarta, Indonesia. Orion’s products and services are impacting how the world is feeding, fueling and healing itself.
City Foundry STL has previously announced leases by several national entertainment and restaurant operators, including Austin-based Alamo Drafthouse Theaters, Denver-based Punch Bowl Social and Tulsa-based Fassler Hall. Work is expected to start this summer with completion occurring in the second half of 2019. S.M. Wilson is the construction manager, and Lawrence Group is the architect on the $187 million development.
